So I'll make an assumption you have just seen a CPR - without the livesaver using any puffs of breathe, but doing heart massage only? The latest update on CPR method; is for heart massage only. Of course what is nto possible to determine from the video is whether CPR was actually needed i.e. if he was initially without a pulse as opposed to just unconscious.
