Is a toll both the only place to buy an easy pass gadget?

That is where I got mine. I don't do internet banking so I top up at 7-Eleven. 

The form is only in Thai so download one and get help ,if needed, or let them help you at the Toll way office.  They may want to know where to come if you abscond with the transponder!

Can easy pass and m pass be used interchangeably?
