Help: Recommended Thailand-NZ courier/shipping agents.

Featured Replies

Hi. Planning a return to NZ next year and seeking advice on which courier company or shipping agent to go with.

Shipping general (used) household goods that would cost too much to replace in NZ.

Estimated 2 cubic metres absolute maximum, but likely less than that at about 30kgs - so not a lot.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Paul.

I used to send Thai clothes etc to a friend in Auckland using a DHL agent, one of the many you can find dotted around the Indra Hotel, Pratunam area. The best deal I could get for 25 kg was 280 baht a kg. to an Auckland postal address. They would pack the items and of course check what you are sending (the place I used lost a contract to use I think it was TNT because they hadn't spotted some gold bars being sent).

I haven't used anybody for a year now so cannot recommend who to use. Best walk around and ask for quotes.
