Does anyone know off hand where you can purchase some mother of pearl ? A friend of mine does inlay work back home and most of the Mother of pearl he can get there is more "green" tinted, where as over here you can get it that is more "blue" tinted. Any sugesstions would be appreciated !

There is a company called MOPI that produces mother of pearl giftware out near Hang Dong. Owned by a farang, has about 20 employees, and makes some nice stuff. Wish I could give you more info, but that's all I got!

hey, thanks for the web site and quick replies. They may be to big ( incorporated) for what I need, MOPI that is. But it is worth checking out nonetheless
