Does anyone know up to what age is classified as a dependant? Whilst filling in the settlement visa application for my wife as well as the NHS surcharge questions, it asks about dependants. My wife's son is not dependant on either of us, works full time and will be 24 years old in November 2018, but we want to be sure on the actual age where he is classed as a non-dependant.

I forgot to add that he is not part of this application and will not be travelling to the UK, but the question is still asked re any dependants.
