The date/time has stopped updating and reading around this seems to be due to the internal battery being dead (appears to power the GPS). Youtube has a video showing how to replace but involves careful soldering and looks quite tricky. Just wondered if anyone had got one of these batteries replaced here and where. Thanks.

So this expensive dashcam seems to be a very good choice :-)

I know nothing about dash cams but it might help others if you gave us the model number and your location? If you live on a farm in Nakhon Nowhere then you might be SOL.

 

It would seem simple? What I found on the web indicates the new battery simply plugs in? 

 

Take it to MBK? or buy a small screw driver?
