Really?   no one knows?? no one rents a house from a thai company?
Ubon Joe??

Proof that the person signing the lease is authorized to do it and a copy their ID card I would think.

how would one get such proof?  Ie copy of shareholders and the id card copy of one  of the thai's that signed my lease?

Thanks

You need:

1. A copy of the company DBD document signed on every page by a company director. The directors are listed on page 1 of the document. Every page also needs to have the company stamp next to the director's signature.

2. A signed copy of the ID card of the company director who signed the DBD.

3. You may be asked for a copy of the chanote and/or the sale document (อช ๑๒).  These would also need to be signed by the same director and have the company stamp affixed.

I would agree with Joe.

A signed copy of Tabien Baan and ID card of one of the person signing the lease.

It would also be a good idea to note his mobile number on the copies just in case the IO want to confirm the facts.
