Why this headline talking about TM30, when showing picture of Certficate of residence? I thought that was two completely different things??

I think the OP means in order to obtain a CofR, you must have firstly filed a TM30.

Perhaps he can confirm.

If I recall correctly Phuket immigration calls a TM30 form a certificate of residence.

The last line of the required documents implies it is for a TM30 form since they want a power of attorney for a person to do it for the owner/possessor.
