Crime Tourist Fined 5,000 Baht After Driving Jeep Onto Kamala Beach & Getting Stuck
There are some pictograms posted that indicate no motorbikes on the sidewalk/footpath. However, there is no need to post no vehicles on the beach because it is common sense and in most jurisdictions general public vehicles are not allowed on beaches for safety reasons, in particular the running over or otherwise injuring of people who may be lying on the beach. The hint that vehicles are not allowed, is the absence of vehicles on the beach. The real crime that was not addressed, was the driver's choice of white feminine sandals as footwear. -

I would have thought he's familiar with sand. 5000 Baht fine however is just pocket money. -
