The Soi Dog Foundation have been on Samui for the past few months and have done a magnificent job treating both dogs and cats.

I have seen several dogs with festering wounds, picked up and treated and returned to their living areas. These, I have observed have all recovered and are so much healthier now than previously they were.

Well done Mr. Dally and his staff.

So you're happy he keeps the soi dog populace high so they can continue attacking humans, cause traffic accidents, shitting and peeing all over the place, depriving people of their sleep and spreading rabies?
