Tim K
Awesome news UbonJoe ! Any amphoe will do it? So I can do it in Bangkok (Prawet or Lat Krabang near Suvarnabhumi) or somewhere in Mukdahan before crossing the border? I got married in Thalang, Phuket in 2018, my certificate is from there. Tim K
I asked the consulate in Savannakhet couple of days ago by e-mail, and got a reply today. " Dear Sir/Madam, for you married that lost you can bring kor lor 2 from Amphoe original and you can get new visa. please signature all pages of wife's document and married thanks " So just bring kor ror 2, and id + house book + copy of marriage cert signed by wife. Denim
Just back from Savannakhet. No change re Non O multi based on marriage. Overnight in Mukdahan then crossed on Tuesday morning, Arrived consulate 10.15 am. No queue. Submitted docs and was in and out in 5 minutes. Collected on Wednesday and returned to Thailand . For anyone driving from Khon Kaen area there is a brand spanking new dual carriageway from Kalasin onwards that runs for 75 kilometers south of the old route 12. A real time saver and passes through some very nice farmland. So new that there are no garages , coffee shops or anything at all along this road .
