Cell Phone Software Upgrade...safe and reliable

I would like to upgrade a Asus Z010, which is now at Android 5.02 to anything more modern and secure. I am coming here because I want a Bangkok company that can be trusted to do secure reliable work. I live in Banglampoo area but am willing to travel.

You could try DrSmartphone near ASOK BTS / Sukhumvit MRT  (walkable, bring an ID as it is inside a secured office tower), founded and run by a Dutch guy

if they cannot upgrade the device, they will probably guide you to a reliable (but VERY difficult to find) small stall at MBK's fourth floor.

This is what happened to me just days ago. I have an old ASUS device (phablet) too and the OS was obviously dead.

They told me they cannot fix it but I should go to MBK as that guy always has plenty of OS available, which turned out to be true. It cost me 500 Baht and after spending two hours at the SIZZLER SALAD AND PASTA BUFFET (bargain this month at 139 Baht), I could collect my device and it works fine now
