BANGKOK — A long-awaited investigation into the death of a cadet in October concluded he died of health conditions, his family told reporters Tuesday.

bet there was money and threats

Sadly little else could be hoped for with such a gutter outfit.

Sad for the family, but with the guilty party being such a rogue, tyrannical outfit you can hardly blame the family for being at a loss about what to do next up

"Pakapong’s sister told reporters after the meeting that the military repeated the same explanation given in December, when the army blamed Pakapong’s death on sudden heart failure.

“The military’s explanation is similar to what they have said in previous news conference,” Supicha Tanyakan told reporters in a brief interview.

She added that the family’s criminal case against the military will continue."

I think they have a good idea of what they will do next.

Kudos to them for fighting on a battle which cannot be won.

And the defamation trial to be held in a military court as a delicious irony...?

At worst, some sort of mediocre punishment and restitution will be meted out, and the school's behavior will improve for a little for a few months.  The institutions admitted to abuse to the media, so something will happen.
