Do you have any meditation or mindfulness videos on the net you like ?

 

Just something simple , its a new year and a good time to try and improve ourselves ,

Not quite what you are looking for, but if you have an Android phone there is a really good app called Meditation & Relaxation: Guided Meditation.

It is a good intro to mindfulness - eventually you need to pay to be able to access the full extent of the app but the free sections are already very thorough.

Why not go to the Buddhism section of the forum? There are heaps of advice on pinned threads, about meditation retreats, books to read, movies and videos on Buddhism and Mindfulness, and so on.

 

I would advise you to check that out first. Perhaps you have, and didn't find what you are looking for. If so, I think you should have mentioned it.
