BREAKING: Police arrest Thai wife wanted over brutal murder of Italian husband in northern Thailand

Police have arrested a Thai woman who is suspected of being invovled in the murder of her Italian husband.

 

On Monday morning Manager Online shared a photo of Rujira Iam-lamai, 38, in police custody.

 

Last week police named Ms Rujira and her boyfriend, French national Amoury Rigaud, 34, as prime suspects in the brutal murder of Guiseppe de Stafani, 61, whose charred and dismembered charred remians were found close to his home in Phitchit province. 

 

The arrest of Ms Rujira came just hours after Rigaud was apprhended in jungle in the Tak province.

 

Rigaud has since told police that he was not involved in the murder of Mr de Stafani, instead blaming Rujira.

 

Another photo shared by Manager showed Rujira hiding up a tree.

Scumbags. They should rotten in jail. Cant believe the stupidity of some people. Thailand the paradise of falling in love...+++ An advise to all guys. Dont try to keep a women with all means. There a plenty others waiting until you will find eventually the right one that you want to stay with and that she wants to stay with too . It is seriously not worthwhile to cry after someone that´s not worth it.

More than likely this was either about love, or about money. Neither of which are compelling reasons for murder. Unless of course you are a psychopath, or a desperado.

Suspected husband-killer arrested on Tak plantation

A Thai woman, who was sought by police over the murder of her Italian ex-husband, was arrested on Monday in a longan plantation in Tak’s Wang Chao district, five kilometres from the woods where her French boyfriend was captured on Sunday night.

 

Rujira Eiumlamai, 38, was caught at the plantation in Ban Chaing Thong and was sent back to Phichit Police to face charges.

 

After residents in Wang Chao alerted police that they had spotted Rujira and her French boyfriend Rigaux Amaury, 34, living in the forest, Amaury was captured on Sunday night but Rujira escaped.

 

Police said that Amaury claimed during hours of questioning that he was not involved in the murder of Rujira’s ex-husband, Giuseppe de Stefani, 61. He allegedly told officers that Rujira and her Thai ex-boyfriend had killed de Stefani and he had simply helped Rujira escape.

 

Phichit Court had issued arrest warrants for Rujira and Amaury for allegedly murdering and burning the body of de Stefani in Phichit’s Bung Narang district. The remains of the body were found in a wooded area near Bung Thab Chan pond in Tambon Laemran on January 19.

Who knows what evil thoughts lurk in the minds of people.

I'm not condoning what these people have done but why criticise their appearance?
It has nothing to do with the case. If you were fortunate to be born attractive then lucky for you. Please wait until we hear both sides of the story before mouthing off like a lynch mob.
