Had a crown come off and looking for a highly regarded/experienced doing this type of work in Chiang Mai.

Grace Dental.
GPS: 18.797047, 98.969859

There are so many good ones.  I like dental4u (.com)

Grace has mixed reviews, to be kind. I went there when I first arrived in CM.

I went though 5 different clinics in 10 years.  The three major problems I had at the other clinics was that I had to argue with every dentist to give me enough anesthetic to actually keep me out of pain, secondly I've had work done elsewhere that was sub-standard work that had to be redone (cosmetically sloppy, misfitting crowns, misdiagnoses that cause me to lose a tooth), and thirdly arrogant dentists.  I'd name names, but Thailand is the Land of Defamation Lawsuits.  So all I can say is that Grace is the best I've come across while living in Thailand.
I have been a patient at Grace for over two years and haven't had a problem.  Very happy with the work and  professionalism, and out of the five doctors who have worked on me, everyone of them has given me adequate anesthetic without me having to complain about pain first.

There's a dental clinic attached to the faculty of dentistry on Suthep rd, it's the one am using and very common among middle-upper thai class.
