Mr Corina noted that Wagner was the last person seen with Wood before she disappeared from a yacht and was later found floating dead in the water off the California coast. Investigator Ralph Hernandez said new evidence cast doubt on the notion that Wood’s 1981 death was an accident. Old Croc Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 After a six year probe into a death more than 35 years ago they've concluded that the husband, who was the last person to see her alive, is a person of interest. Brilliant Sherlock's. That's been known for 35 years. I always felt a little uneasy watching Wagner in his recurring role on the NCIS TV show knowing what he had possibly done all those years ago.
