If anyone has done vipassana in I’m looking for where I can buy the cushions here in Bangkok?

 

I just came back from a 10 day course of vipassana and was curious to know where I can buy the cushions used at the centers.  The staff was not sure where they were purchased from.

 

The cushions seem to be a thick foam padding about 2 ft x 2 ft and maybe 4 inches thick.

 

if I can’t find them ready made any suggestions on where I can get them custom made in Bangkok?

You can get any sort of foam cushion or mattress made, of any size, from here and they will ship. Just give them the dimensions of what you want.

Note that there are 5 different degrees of firmness available. You can get a firm underlayer with softer top layer if desired.
