Rimmer Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Naklua chicken wholesaler given week to fix sewage problems PATTAYA:--A Naklua chicken wholesaler was given a week to stop dumping poultry blood and waste into the street and Pattaya’s sewers. Environmental chief Wasinpat Chimtin and police visited the unnamed double-shophouse wholesale outlet at Amon City Market off Naklua Soi 7 Feb. 8 after complaints about sewage dumping and illegal parking. The unidentified owner confessed he had been allowing blood and water from ice used to store chickens to flow into the street and into the sewer. Neighbors complained wastewater was flushed from the store without going through a grease trap, causing tremendous odors to rise up from area sewers.
