Pilates classes/private instructor in Pattaya for beginner

Featured Replies

I'm posting here as my fitness question is specific to Pattaya.

I will spend my April holiday (from my job in Myanmar) in Pattaya. I usually stay in Pattaya because the beach promenade is good for jogging.

In Myanmar, I follow a healthy lifestyle (healthy diet, cardio, some weight training etc). I'd like to be able to incorporate mat Pilates exercises (ie no gym equipment) into my daily routine when I return to my home in Naypyidaw, and would like to attend classes in Pattaya to understand the basics.

Can poster suggest Pilates classes in Pattaya? Since I will only be in town for a few weeks, a private instructor would probably be more suitable.

Not sure about Pilates but around Big Buddha hill in Pratumnak and behind the Pattaya sign there are free running tracks, fitness parks and small cheap boxing gym. Yoga and may be Pilates in Threpasit soi 12 near Dr Oliver clinic.

He specifically mentioned Pilates, why would you mention a bunch of non-Pilates stuff?
