Structural Engineer

Can't help with an engineer I'm afraid, but if the house is of conventional Thai construction (pole and beam) the walls are not load-bearing and any cracking will be purely cosmetic.

If you have cracks in the columns or beams then you need an engineer.

Any company building a large multi storey structure should be able to help you.

Or try an architect firm.

As Crossy says, if it's just the walls, that wouldn't be a problem if not load bearing. I used a cold chisel and hammer to open up the big ones in my house, and used filler to close them ( if you don't, various wildlife will take up occupation ), and if it was just a crack I didn't do anything.

Go to the CMU Engineering Faculty and ask to speak with the head of the Mechanical Engineering department.  They can be very helpful.

Or maybe Civil Engineering. Mechanical Engineering is a broad profession that can include anything from structural mechanics, to thermodynamics, to metallurgy, to computer programming.
