Tak hunter charged over macaque meat

PHUKET: Officials were forced to close a small section of the southbound lane of Yaowarat Rd in Rassada yesterday afternoon and earlier today after a two-metre deep sinkhole appeared in the road yesterday afternoon.

B1.5mn budget approved to clean Koh Kaew canals, drains

PHUKET: It has been confirmed today that a budget of B1.5 million has been allocated to Koh Kaew Sub-District Administration (OrBorTor) to clear the canal and drains in the area to prevent rain-season flooding.

Premchai faces illegal possession of firearms charge

PHUKET:-- A trainer at a crocodile farm in Chalong was lucky to escape serious injury today when one of the reptiles snapped its jaws shut while the man’s head was inside the crocodile’s mouth.
