That’s right, I’d already had my doubts about that too – in full sunlight, less voltage is output than when the sun is obscured. I have two sets of panels, one set of 540 W and one set of 455 W; they now both output the same voltage. But then again, it’s not just the inverters and solar panels but also the batteries – two sets, each of which I paid 42,000 THB for five years ago. It’s the convenience they offer – no power or voltage cuts – but you certainly wouldn’t do it for the cost alone.
