I have over 40 years experience with Thailand,  I know it is mostly at out money. Looking at her it was doomed from the start! She was a blood sucker!  I feel for this man, but happens alot!

He is a fool who made a fool decision.  You are right, it happens a lot and there is plenty of information/warnings out there in this age. Which is why I feel absolutely no remorse for his foolishness.

A story from real life...

A former staff of mine, a very good looking girl, managed with the real catch: A very successful European entrepreneur (doing business in Thailand)..Stinking rich and 45 years her senior.

The new Madame moved into his mansion and managed to get 'her sister' (her tom lover) a job within Mr. X's company.

Mr. X wanted to become a father and since the natural way clearly didn't work, they spent millions of baht on IV pregnancy attempts, to no avail...she never became pregnant.

Jumping 7-8 years ahead....'Madame' wanted a new car, she had a 2 year old Honda Accord but craved a Range Rover....so a decision was made to donate the Accord to the family in the Isaan sticks.....Mr.X took time out of his busy schedule and they drove up in two cars to leave the Accord with the family. But it was all a game...The tom lover was the real recipient of the car and a few weeks later she drove it to work (at Mr. X's company) and that was the end of the reign of 'Madame'.....She was kicked out

She meet a Thai guy, and became pregnant within 6 months...

Mr. X hooked up with some Eastern European escort and probably had fun for some time..

A year later Mr X meet a massage lady, 50 years his junior, and she became pregnant with twins almost instantly.....I have seen the twins, and I will bet you my last dollar, there is not 0.01 % farang blood in them....But Mr. X seriously believe, that they are his children...

 

Conclusion: Some people are very good at doing business, but are real amateurs in real life.

That said; I just can't see the beauty in her. As I get older I see beauty in the passing clouds, the running stream and watching the kittens play far more than a woman displaying her wares so obviously.

 

Each to his own but I'd like Thailand to return to the days when women's value was judged on how well they could heard the cows and fetch water from the river. All this tatooing eyes and extending chins and chopping breasts is not progress IMO.

Uhh, up to you but many couples in many countries work 10-12 hours a day.

My current GF has a government job and makes 50,000 b a month.  Owns a condo and car.  We spend time after work and on weekends like normal couples do.

Like I said, people should look in the mirror at their choices.

I guess if it is a bargirl and one wants her out of that bar, then again, look in the mirror at your choices....
