Job Description

We are an award winning communications provider with offices across the North of England & are looking at expanding our current sales department by appointing telesales specialists to work alongside our successful sales department. 

 

We are looking for well-mannered and well-spoken individuals with a real drive to start approaching businesses to introduce our range of communication products & book appointments for our sales team to develop into a successful sale. 

 

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying & generating new sales leads to support the sales team.  You must be highly motivated & a self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

 

Job Role & Duties

• Actively manage leads and liaise with Account Managers to assist in the closure of sales.
• Maintain a constant healthy sales pipeline that meets the business targets/goals.
• Contacting SME decision makers via telephone to generate new business leads.
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

• Highly motivated

·         Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word, Outlook & Excel.

·         Good analytical skills, someone who can produce informed reports on progress of work

·         A friendly and professional work manner and an organised approach to all tasks undertaken

·         You must have the confidence to work under your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
