I came out of my local 7/11 yesterday and saw there was no bin. I don't live in a very built up or touristy area. Was it a co-incidence (them emptying it) or have all the 7/11 bins gone?

If so, there are going to be even more 'ucking lazy locals (and foreigners) who just drop litter.

There be a rule (law) that if anyone spots someone littering, they are entitled to kick them... hard!
