After having to go to Jomtien immigration 3 times to get a  Tourist Visa extension ( first two times told to come back later, had to do day before permission to stay expired) I was wondering if anyone knows a service I could use to get a Tourist Visa extension in Bangkok. Preferably in the lower Sukumvit area. Or do I need to go to Chang Wattana area?

You have to apply at Chaeng Wattana immigration. You will need a Bangkok address to put on the TM7 form. 

At Chaeng Wattana in Bangkok, you will just need to write your bkk address on the backside of the T7

 

They are not doing the same crap as places like Jomtien. You just write ur address and that's it.

They don't ask for a TM30 form like Jomtien and other offices do.

If asked a receipt for a hotel will be accepted.
