Looking for coppersmith and glass blower in upper Bangkok

I am in need of a specially drawn copper cylinder with thick (about 2 cm) wall, which should be pretty easy to make if I can find anyone with such skills.  It would look something like this, perhaps with smaller diameter:
 

 

I've visited a few of the local welding shops with no luck.  Secondly, I'm also looking for a glass blower to fashion a set of capillary tubes:

 

 

Does anyone know where I might find such artisans?
