Just checking out the options for a 'dry' Songkran this year and was wondering how wet is it for the Buddhist New Year in Siam Reap. (I believe expression Water Festival is reserved for the Nov festival held in Phnom Penh).

Has anybody been there for Songkran and how much water do they chuck at you? (I was thinking of cycling around the monuments).
