I can not find the application form to use when applying for Non Immigrant Visa.

Is it possible to download it or is the only form to find at the Embassies and consulates.

Different Consulates have different forms so until they have a website you can download from you just fill out when you arrive. It is only one sheet of paper with a few blanks to fill in.

From your other postings, it seems you are from the the US. Here are forms from 4 embassys. Don't know if there are other embassies there, but if this is not enough, you can go and search more.

Right click on any of the four links above and "Save as" to save the form for that particular embassy.
