Tourist visa exit date

I entered on a tourist visa on 7th March and am leaving on 5th may which I calculated as exactly 60 days.My permitted to stay stamp was 5th may ,but does this mean up to midnight 5th may or will I be overstaying 1 day because of a mistake by IO?

I really don't see your problem here. If IO have stamped you until the 5th May and your own plans are to leave on the 5th May then provided you leave on or before the 5th May there is no issue.

I wasn’t sure if it meant I had to leave before the 5th ,but you think it includes the 5th?

Yes, it includes the 5th.

Ok thanks I’ve never stayed the whole 60 days before.36c in Yasothon today not much of a cold spell

What mistake by the IO?

Enter 7 March, day 1

Leave 5 May, day 60

And of course you are legal until midnight.

"ADMITTED UNTIL" says the stamp and in this case should be clear.
