Hi,

A couple questions here,

Can a METV be applied whilst you are traveling in bangkok? Do I need one? If applied in Singapore, how long does a METV take. Or an APAC travel card will be good? Or just do the 30 day tourist visa in and out?
I'm Singaporean and taking a year off work in Singapore and chilling in Bangkok. I come in and out of Bangkok staying most of the time here. Every 3-4 weeks I fly back to Singapore for a few days then return to Bangkok. I have already have 3 entry stamps on my passport for these past couple months. I believe Singapore is a visa exempt country however due to my setup of an apartment rental and all, I wouldn't want to risk immigration not allowing me in or blacklisting me. All my stuff is here! In fact Singaporeans have a specific auto gate line in Suvb airport. Will this be a problem with the immigration? Any Singaporeans here in the same dilemma?
1. I always carry with me more than SGD$2000 and have a return ticket to Singapore when coming into the airport (Only air travel).

2. I'm not working here in Bangkok but just living it up, well you can say, I'm a tourist. I have investments to keep me afloat.

Whats your advice, thanks in advance!

A METV can only be applied for at an embassy or consulate in your home country.  You would have to apply for it at the embassy in Singapore.

If you can qualify for a APEC travel card it would be accepted for your trips.

If the auto gates work for you it would almost assure you will never have a problem entering for a 30 day visa entry.
