Perhaps you should look at the word culture for a start and then your use of sweeping generalisations. ... QED

I cant see where they get the dates from for the holiday period. Last year it was over, went North to Chang Mai and got soaked again. Its a Thai Fest, their break, and im sick of the  Control Freak Whingers here too.
