Managers of hotels or Condo complexes have a duty to report the residence of foreigners.

Condos are not hotels. Short term leasing and AirBnB is illegal in Thailand.

I own my Condo it is not a management responsibility then to Under Thai law

to report the required TM30 coming and goings of aliens who stay in foreign owned condominium units.
