As a Norwegian citizens do I need to fill out any form at the Laos immigration in Nong Khai ? I haven’t been to Laos since 2017, so I have no idea of the change.

I'm Swedish, and when I was there a few months ago I only needed to fill out the Arrival/Departure card

It has been discussed before. You get a 15 day visa exempt entry for the remainder of this year.
