Still crowded?

Featured Replies

I was really crowded 2 months ago in Krabi town and Ao nang. Is it still the same?  I get the feeling Krabi is going to always be more and more popular...

It is getting more popular indeed.

It is not crowded any more, but still lots of tourist walking around.

The busiest time is half December till March and for sure Songkran period when

lots of Thais and Malay come over for the parties.

Left Ao Nang Friday of Songkran.  Over half the tourists had gone by the prior Monday and it was quite nice.

Pic is from Thursday April 12th at The Last Fisherman Cafe on Ao Nang Beach at about noon.

Was there yesterday. Very busy still. Including a photo from island tour.

... oK, cannot post my photo as Thaivisa will not allow, odd.

anyway, people wall to wall. hundreds on every island.
