I want to buy a talking dictionary for a Thai friend who has only a basic knowledge of English. Therefore it does not have to be very advanced but preferably one where you can load different English learning modules.

Oh,....and I don't want to spend too much money either.

Any recommendations, and where in BKK is a good place to buy. Are there any bargains out there or is the market, like for so many other electronic goods in Thailand, fixed.
