Rasta Cafe Gone! Where Can I Go Now?

just came back to changmai after a 2 year absence and found that my favorite bar is gone... can anyone recomend a place i can go to "fill the void"? a place that can give me that special "feeling" that the rasta cafe used to privide? any help will be GREATLY appreciated!... i'm even offering to buy a few singhas(large size of course) to anyone who can point me in the right direction...

Well you could always come on the Thai Visa night out tonight (Sunday)..see thread ..we will be visiting many watering holes and you may well find another one you like.

Are you looking for bad food or unkempt backpackers in dreadlocks or a little "herbal" stimulation?

My guess is that Daret's Guest house might be a place to find all three. :o

They might have moved. I'm not familiar with Rasta Cafe but just the other week I noticed what looked like a new place on Sriphum Road before SP Chicken called RASTA...dreadlocks and all. Hope this helps.
