I have recently moved in with my girlfriend into a new house that she bought.... okay with my help... and now need to change my address with Immigration. However, I for the life of me have no idea what I have to do. I cannot remember what I did before when I was in my old house (rented) of 4 years. Can anyone tell me what I need to bring, fill out, pay etc?  Thank you all in advance.

You will need proof of residence. If she has a house book for the house a copy of it and her ID card attached to a short statement that you are living with with her will be enough.

Dependent upon the office you report to you will need a completed TM28 change of address form and a completed TM30 form completed by your girlfriend.
