Any advice on what documents & procedure to apply for address change is appreciated.

Dependant on your local DLT requirements, if the new address is still in the same Provence usually blue book, maybe a resident certificate.

It still comes down to your local DLT requirements, usually moving a car to another province involves at least a vehicle inspection, proof of address etc. Can often be done with less visits and paperwork using an agent (big yellow cog sign), for a fee.
