Video: Indians, Pakistanis and Thai "friends" in mass brawl at intersection - 300 baht fines each!

A five minute video taken on a phone and shown on Facebook showed a serious brawl between a number of foreigners and Thais.

 

Pattaya station chief Pol Col Apichai Krobpetch said that the incident happened on the Theppraya Road at the lights on Saturday May 5th around 7am.

 

The video showed police on the scene about half way through the filmed part of the violence.

 

Apichai said that two Indians, three Pakistanis and a Thai were fined 300 baht each for affray.

 

They were all friends according to the police chief, reported Pattaya News.

 

They were Mannisash Kunma and Manish Jalhotra from India, Imran Khan, Iblal Hussanin and Sajid from Pakistan and Thai Saran Bunkhong.

 

Everyone admitted their involvement and didn't want to press charges.

 

The car of a Thai man called Somsak Taengcharoen was damaged but compensation was paid to settle that part of the altercation.

The pattaya police are actually happy that such brawl are happening as they're the only one that make money of it and without even a bruise to show for.....

Best bit of 'handbags' seen on TV for some time. 

But whoever was driving the car totally wasted a 7am, no problem there?????

An argument about body odor erupted into  brawl.

Don't think so, would have been many more involved  You are right though, I think I could actually smell that video

Whoever filmed that seemed to be using a special 'wavy screen app'.  Perfect for those who want for feel nauseous while watching the news!

That's not a brawl, it's a mass attack on the guy in the car, led mainly by staff and security from somewhere near by.

 

Plus a chicken **** in a red shirt who needed a brick before he joined in.

Feeling safe after seeing those STAFF and SECURITY shirts.

I noticed that too.

Te staff and security are not mentioned in the  report and they were throwing a lot of punches, especially the little coward  in the red  staff shirt who punched the guy from behind and then kicked him when he was on the ground.

Its like someone called shotgun for the front seat.

I'm guessing it all kicked off when they were told they had to pay for the girls in the shorts by the Kilo !

Lost interest in the slapping but stayed fully focused on the short blue shorts and the appalling state of the kerb line at the start.

exactly, looks to me like a drunk driving incident car on motorbike turned nasty

Looked like handbags at 5 pace's to me.

For certain someone tried to get away without paying in advance!  So they paid on delivery!

Can I get THB 300 for watching such a jerky video - it gave me a headache.

Wonder if Pattaya's finest checked drivers for DUI and also checked all passports for valid visas, entry stamps etc.?

Disgusting, abhorrent, disgraceful, scandalous, shocking.............the amount of litter on the ground around that junction.......

How can this continue to happen....because 300 baht...

 

Its completely rediculous.....this could have been a very dangerous situation, where somebody got killed or very seriously hurt. But just 300 baht....so it will happen again and again and again.....

Seems like everyone and their dog wanted a go!  Thought it rather amusing when a guy in a suit even joined in.  Still at least they all seemed to be enjoying themselves.  Pattaya is a party town after all
