There is a 19th hole and it's the only good thing about golf...

He was happy that no foreigners were taking Thai jobs - but 200 other golf courses would need to be checked too after complaints came in to the government.

A stroke (pun intended) of genius...

That's the next 200 games of golf sorted then... ⛳️?️‍♂️

Good detective work. I know the course, and on their website they openly advertise 'Pretty Caddies' for a higher fee.

I have only ever seen a few decent ones. Most are real horror shows.

Then shut up.

Nice catch! I know. I begged for that one, didn´t I?

Losers or loosers?

Take another nit pick. You seem to have that going for you.

The first 18 holes are boring.

I wouldn't get past the first hole with one of those caddies. Well...maybe as far as the second hole as well.

Most of them will flirt with you.

If you find a really friendly one hit a few in the woods see what happens when you are isolated.

:):)

It's not the 19th hole.
It's holes  20, 21, 22  that makes it the best day out. :jap:

I get the 19th hole bit. I get the 20th hole and the 21st hole but the 22nd? What hole is that? The belly button? Hmm?

Believe it or not, they do know the course and yardages.

Especially the greens, they are good at reading the break.

They don't just screw off and do nothing they provide advise.

I play golf several times a week and prefer an ugly caddy. :shock1: That way I can better keep my mind on my game.

Played at course with "Pretties". If hired a "Pretty" had to hire an "Ordinary" caddie to do the work, i.e. cart bag, get clubs, advise distances, etc. The "Pretty' was ornamental & could negotiate about 'apre' golf lessons!

Mostly, certain nationalities wanted the 'apre' golf lessons!!!

In this country, almost everything is for sale!

Including grandmothers!

Skills foreigners couldn't match? The arrogance is unbelievable. Such superiority. 555

I thought the nineteenth hole was meant about having a drink after the game but now it can mean something else..

I actually prefer that also.

But darn, if I don't seem to mostly get a cutie.

Tight pants and those cute outfits can be distracting.

At least it brings a social aspect to the most antisocial "sport".

Yep local knowledge with hidden breaks, slopes and wind would help.

'Golf, the best way to ruin a perfect coutryside walk', LOL

Correct. The 19th is the bar, always has been and always will be. I played golf for years in Australia, but now living in Thailand, Ive found it more enjoyable to have a caddie. We pay for some  lovely pretty caddies,  I can assure you, they certainly know their stuff. There is never any inclination that their services go beyond the golf course.

For Thai Media to suggest that the 19th is anything but what it is,  cheapens and defames these talented women and their choice of profession.

Guess your wife must have been reading over your shoulder while you were writing this one. No prob with me, ...when a hint of hypocrisy can save your healthy hobby, LOL

2,000 - 5,000thb ... you can get a cutie for 300thb who can read the greens and tell you the distances. As for telling you how to hold the club ... someone lives in Cloud Cuckoo Land ...of course sometimes the 300thb doesn't get you exactly a cutie ....

If someone else suggested that sorry for duplicate ... but I haven't read four pages of drivel ish ...

Name the club and the caddies, they're in for a gold medal, for sure after all the ones I had to hire (buggy compulsory//course rentability)! I'd love to play with an electric motordriven trolley in Th (on the flatter courses), but it's as if walking doesn't fit into the image most Thai golf players have of their own...

You mean a fresh and glossy print of 'Strokesaver', don't you?

Can anyone elaborate the rationale for blurring the faces on the first picture?

Were these ladies arrested ?
For handling the wrong club while putting maybe ?

Ahh yes golf......the game that ruins a good walk.

There is a bar in Hua hin called the 19th they will be having a good giggle with this one

It sure can.

Always interesting how guys are so happy and joking and having a good time on the first tee.

By about the 12th hole, they are pissed off, cussing, and cannot wait to get it over.

I guess some of us like the punishment. :)
