Mysterious Death of an Australian

The Dongtan police received a call from staff of Jomtien Plaza Condo, on 28th January at 6 pm, that a foreigner died inside a condo room on the 25th floor, so quickly went to the scene with the Sawang Boriboon.

The body of Mr. Steven William Brown, aged 52, an Australian, was found on the bed wearing only underwear.

From the inspection of the body, it is believed that the man had died not less than 3 days, and there were no signs of any disturbance in the room.

Mr. Sangkhom, the caretaker of the building, told the police that Mr. Brown has been residing here alone for many weeks. He was a very friendly person and exercised often since he has asthma. Mr. Sangkhom stated that the last time he saw Mr. Brown was on 25th January.

More investigation will be made once Mr. Brown’s body is taken for autopsy.

Mysterious suggests something highly unusual. Looks like they've used it here to simply say the cause of death is unknown.
