I'll apply Non-B from Vientiane but have some questions.

 

1)I have criminal record from Thailand but no home country.
 

2)Also I have bachelor's degree but no transcript. Can I apply Non-B(teaching) from Vientiane? Or go Savannakhet better? or Where's the better choice apply without transcript?"

 

3)Which link original website of Thai Consulate in Vientiane of Non-B visa(teaching) requirements?

Can I apply multiple entry non B? or are they need extra documents?

They don't issue multiple entry non-b visas.
