TUNIS (Reuters) - The death toll from a ship packed with migrants that sank off the Tunisian coast last weekend has risen to 60, the United Nations migration agency said late on Monday, one of the worst migrant boat disasters in recent years.

PHUKET: Phuket officials are looking into using a mobile phone app called “Traffy Fondue” as a way of providing local residents with a way of filing complaints about waste pollution, traffic and other issues and being able to see progress by officials in dealing with the problem.
