I know this has probably been asked a lot but I've searched all over aand can't seem to track down what I would exactly need to apply for a 90 Non B, is there anyone out there thats just got one preferably from Penang and can let me know what I need to take,any help much appreciated.

As far as Cambodia is concerned they require the following:

1. Letter of Invitation from Company in Thailand.

2. Business License (2 Million THB of registered capital per foreign worker).

3. Business Registration.

4. List of Shareholders.

5. Details of business operation.

6. List of Foreign Workers stating names, nationalities and positions.

7. Balance Sheet/P&L Account going back 1 year.

8. Statement of Income Tax and Commercial Tax (Por Ngor Dor (PND) 50 & PND 30 of the latest year.

9. VAT Registration (Por Por 20).

I hope this helps but I would check with what ever Embassy you intend to visit as things change very quickly.

I just read about the post.So it is really possible to get a non b in cambodia?i just arrive on a visa on arrival last sunday and land a job here,im planning to get a non b asap.i have some of the documents with me but not yet complete. can u give me an exact procedure of how can i get a non b starting from the wp3 form.I also hear about changing my voa to non b without going out of thailand is it true?
