One where he has perhaps secretly developed enough nuclear weapons to hold the U.S. hostage, and maybe even duped Trump and Co. into standing down and relaxing sanctions during their tenure in office so he (Kim) can build a few more NK resorts to keep him and his inner circle entertained.
