Change job without leaving Thailand

I'm now currently work in Thailand., I got a new job., My current job I apply resignation with some other reasons., My previous employer cancel my Visa/work permit Stamp on July 18,; but July 17 my work will end.,

I'm also speak with new employer to prepare documents.; (my previous employer don't know I'm apply for new job.,)

July 17 is my current job  will comes to an end and I have one day( july 18) left for leave the country., can I possible to apply new work permit with out leaving country ( my previous employer without knowing it).,

I have one day left can I apply new work permit with help of new employer documents.,

please clarify my problems.,

 

Otherwise I leave from Thailand and Apply Non-B visa.,

 

Please anybody tell me possible solutions,

It is too late to do it since your current work permit will be canceled before everything is ready to do it With a little planning and cooperation from your former employer it could of been done before then.

Your new employer could of applied for the new work permit to get a application approval letter and then with supporting documents from them you could of applied for a new extension when your current one was canceled using a termination letter from your former employer. Then after the extension was granted your existing work permit could of been canceled and the new one issued.
