While reading about Thailand wanting to become an international education hub, I wondered what particular visa and financial hoops foreign students have to jump through to come and study here. Playing along for argument's sake, the way things would generally work in such a case is that there would be no coordination whatsoever between the "education hub" ministry trying to get this plan off the ground and the "education visas" ministry.
