Bangkok Airways was named “World’s Best Regional Airline” and “Best Regional Airline in Asia” at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2018.

 

Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, president of Bangkok Airways, said: “It is a very special year for Bangkok Airways as we celebrate our 50th anniversary and the airline has won Skytrax awards. They are well-recognised and respected across the aviation industry worldwide. It is considered a global benchmark of airline excellence as the results are voted by global passengers.

Never found them cost effective. 

Used to be my preferred airline for travel from Isaan to Bangkok. Unfortunately they stopped flying my route.
